EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE - INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES - TANF RECIPIENTS
Assists TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) recipients to become self-sufficient by obtaining and retaining employment. Provides access to diagnostic testing to identify hidden disabilities and mental health issues.
Collaborates on service delivery with professionals from the Virginia Dept. of Aging and Rehabilitative Services, Fairfax County Adult Education, employment service organizations and public and private mental health providers.
